I have just been on a Formula 1 Experience Day at Mallory Park. I was invited to go by ITRS and I had a fantastic time driving a Porsche Cayman and Caterham with an instructor, and then a Vauxhall Lotus and a Formula 1 car on my own.

I moved into my new house a few weeks ago. I have bought a bed, and aquired some furniture (sofas, tables etc), and have now started on decorating.

After several months or planning and organising, I have just exchanged contracts on my new house. I will be moving in at the beginning of March and starting the long job of redecorating.

I returned from Tampa, Florida on Monday having spent a week with Carolyn's family. You can see some of the pictures from the trip on this site.

I have just got engaged to Carolyn after a four year relationship :) We are planning to get married in 2008 in Scotland.

I have just had an offer accepted on a house in Enfield, North London. This will be the first house I have owned, having rented in London for 3 years, and in Southampton for 4 years before that.

I have been invited to the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award presentation ceremony in November.
